The Cape Branch of SAAFoST is hosting an interesting one-day seminar in June - gathering a topnotch array of speakers on a topic that is of great relevance to all in the food industry - entitled: "Food Myths, Media Hype and Communicating Science".

Africa's Big Seven (AB7), the biggest food and beverage expo on the continent, has almost completely sold-out all exhibition space at the multi hall Gallagher Convention Centre – with no further room to expand – for the first time in 13 years, report the organisers. AB7 takes place at Gallagher Convention Centre, Midrand from June 21-23, 2015.
