This year, Anuga Drinks, one of the ten trade shows at Anuga, will once again offer trade buyers and interested caterers an expert information and ordering platform for beverages. Around 500 exhibitors from 61 countries will be concentrated at Anuga Drinks, including many market-leading companies as well as small and medium-sized suppliers. Anuga Drinks is the only trade show worldwide to cover the complete spectrum of drinks and beverages including non-alcoholic beverages, wine, beer, spirits and trend drinks.

The ice cold heart of Anuga is Anuga Frozen Food, the international trade show for frozen foods and ice cream products under the roof of Anuga, from 8th to 12th October 2011 in Cologne. With approximately 500 exhibitors from about 50 countries, the trade show almost completely occupies both levels of Hall 4, with a gross exhibition space of 27 500 m².

Approximately 800 suppliers from about 50 countries will provide a wealth of information about their expertise and show off their packaging innovations. After Anuga FineFood, the second biggest trade show under the roof of Anuga is Anuga Meat with its roughly 800 suppliers from about 50 countries.

French agriculture minister Bruno Le Maire has threatened to boycott this year's Anuga trade show after a decision to stop foie gras producers from exhibiting at the event.
