I&J has re-launched its Steam Fresh hake range by adding two portions per pack, a brand new trendy flavour and Weigh-Less endorsement; a trio of enhancements designed to boost this range's popularity.

Each Steam Fresh pack now contains four hake fillet portions in marinades. De-boned, skinless, high in protein, low in fat and with no artificial additives, I&J Steam Fresh is also a source of omega-3.

The Steam Fresh hake fillet portions are packed in an especially developed steam-cooking pouch for use in the microwave. Cooked in less than six minutes, the steam cooking method brings out the natural delicate flavour of the hake, while retaining its flaky texture and succulence, sealing in all the goodness and taste.

I&J Steam Fresh is available in three flavours: Lemon & Herb; Sweet Chilli & Coriander and the new Soy, Orange & Ginger (which replaces the Roasted Garlic & Chives variant).

The full Steam Fresh Fillet range is now also Weigh-Less approved.
